Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 11 September 2023, 20 February 2024, 6 March 2024,15 April 2024, 26 April 2024, 12 July 2024 and 13 August 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the previous announcements.
In relation to the Iskandar SPA 1, the Company wishes to announce that as of 14 August 2024, all conditions precedent under the Iskandar SPA 1 have been fulfilled. Both parties shall proceed to complete the transaction within the timeframe specified in the agreement.
