Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 31 March 2022, 30 June 2022, 22 November 2022, 28 February 2023, 29 May 2023, 28 August 2023, 27 November 2023, 29 February 2024 and 27 May 2024 pertaining to the MoU entered into between GDEX and UTAR

The following matters are being pursued as part of the goals and objectives of the MoU, namely:

1. Mutual visits by staff members to pursue research, curriculum development;
2. Industrial study visits of UTAR undergraduate and postgraduate students and mutual visits by staff members of the Parties where appropriate for the purpose of enhancing learning experience, professional development and curriculum development;
3. Industrial placement for UTAR students;
4. Sustainability management and initiatives; and
5. Research and development on solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

The Company will make further announcements on material and significant developments accordingly.
