We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the FBMKLCI
The FBMKLCI-CQO is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 April 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The FBMKLCI-CQO is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 April 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 July 2024 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 August 2024 and the Term Sheet for the FBMKLCI-CQO dated 3 September 2024.
The FBMKLCI-CQO is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the FBMKLCI-CQO is set out in the attachment.
