We refer to our announcement dated 2 April 2019 in relation to the application for deregistration pursuant to the Companies Act, Chapter 81:01 (“Act”) of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago by Sunway Construction (Caribbean) Limited (“SCCL”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SunCon, to the Registrar General of Companies of TTO (“Registrar”).

SunCon wishes to announce that it has received an official de-registration certificate from the Registrar, confirming that SCCL has been officially struck off and dissolved in accordance with the Act of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago on 30 November 2023.
