The Board of Directors of PCCS wishes to announce that the Company has approved to extend the duration of ESOS, which is expiring on 15 December 2024, for a period of five (5) years to 15 December 2029 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities.

The appropriate notices on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
