The Company wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be convened on a date to be announced later:

a)   Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue/Trading Nature; and

b)  Proposed Renewal of Authority on Share Buy-Back

(collectively referred to as "the Proposals").

The Circular detailing the Proposals will be despatched to shareholders together with the Annual Report 2014 in due course.
