Further to the announcement dated 17 May 2019 on the remittance of USD380,000.00 of  the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 by IQ Group Holdings Berhad ('the Company') in IQ Group (Wuning) Ltd (‘IQW’), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had, on 12 June 2019, remitted a further amount of USD275,000.00 (equivalent to RM1,145,100.00) being 10.38% of the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 in IQW. 

As a result of the above remittance, a total amount of USD1,765,000.00 had been remitted.
