| The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 30 September. The following financial statements will be made up from 1 July 2014 to 30 September 2015 covering a period of 15 months. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall be 30 September for each subsequent year. |
