The Company wishes to update that the Plaintiff has filed an appeal with the Court of Appeal on 13 November 2019 against the decision of the High Court Judge in dismissing the Plaintiff’s case with costs of RM20,000 each in favour of the Company and Brite-Tech Corporation Sdn. Bhd. The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments in the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 15 November 2019. |
