We refer to the announcements dated 2 April 2019, 24 April 2019, 3 May 2019, 15 May 2019, 24 May 2019 and 29 May 2019 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of GFB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that on the request of Saujana E&P made on 1 June 2019, NuEnergy has agreed to a further extension of time until 7 June 2019 for the payment of the Deposit pursuant to the Proposed NuEnergy Placement, with the condition of an extension fee of USD250,000 (“Extension Fee”) to be paid by Saujana E&P to NuEnergy by 4 June 2019. The Extension Fee shall be deemed as part payment of the Deposit and if the Deposit is not paid in full by 7 June 2019, the Extension Fee may be forfeited by NuEnergy.
