- RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE TWENTY-FIFTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of CHRB wishes to inform that all the resolutions as per the Notice of the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed and approved by the shareholders of CHRB at the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting held at Wisma Pineapple, 2nd Floor, Lot 135, Jalan 1/89B, 3 ½ Mile, Off Jalan Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 30 May 2019 at 11:00 am.

The results of the poll were validated by TMF Administrative Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by CHRB. Details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
