The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that AYS proposes to seek approval for the Proposed Adoption of the new Constitution to replace te existing Memorandum and Articles of Association at the forthcoming AGM. ("Proposed Adoption")
The Proposed Adoption is to be in line with the new Companies Act 2016 which came into force on 31 January 2017 and relevant amendments to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
A Circular to the Shareholders of AYS setting out details of the Proposed Adoption will be issued in due course.
