The Board of Directors of BTM Resources Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Alteration of the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association by replacing with a New Constitution ("Proposed Alteration") at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.
The Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Alteration will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
