| Working experience and occupation | After Mr Lam Man Kai obtained his Bachelor Degree in Design from RMIT, Australia in November 2006, he started his early years of career as an Architect, practicing in a medium-sized architecture firm in Sabah until June 2007. Thereafter, Mr Lam Man Kai joined a fifty-year old developer company, Sinar Pembangunan Sdn Bhd, a construction and development company based in Sabah and sits on the Board as the Managing Director, till present. Mr Lam Man Kai presently has more than seven years of vast experience in the constructions and development industry. He currently heads, leads, monitors and manages the overall business operations of the company and its group, and is also actively involved in most of the the strategic planning, management of the Company's overall projects, as well as developing, controlling, managing the project evaluations, the projects' scope, its progress and its performance whilst maintaining all detailed project plans, and overseeing the co-ordination and the review of all the project proposals within the Company. Mr Lam Man Kai also trains and manages the consultancy input within defined budgets of all the Company's projects and presently also manages and leads varous Project Teams within his organisation. He also sits on the Board of several other private company limited by shares. |
