The Board of Directors of Boilermech Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce a proposed final single tier dividend of 2.00 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM10,320,000 in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2019 subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of the dividend entitlement and date of payment will be determined at a later date.
