Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 11 April 2018 (“Announcement”). All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the said Announcement.
CCM wishes to announce that Duopharma Biotech Berhad (“DBB”) (previously known as CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad) had on 29 November 2019, exercised its Option to Renew the Trademarks License Agreement (“TLA”) in accordance to the terms and conditions of the TLA for a further period of 1 year commencing on 1 January 2020. The said renewal is on the same terms and conditions of the TLA.
