The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the shareholders have at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24 May 2019 approved the appointment of Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT (Formerly known as Crowe Horwath) as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2019 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. Ernst & Young and to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM at a remuneration to be agreed between the Directors and the Auditors.
