On behalf of the Board of Directors of BCM ("Board"), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") had, vide its letter dated 11 November 2019 (which was received on 13 November 2019) approved the application for the extension of time of up to 31 December 2020 to comply with the Bumiputera equity condition imposed pursuant to the listing of BCM on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, subject to BCM submitting a proposal to the SC for compliance with the Bumiputera equity condition before 30 June 2020.
