The Board of SAM wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company: -
1. Proposed RRPT Mandate; and 2. Proposed adoption of New Constitution of the Company.
A circular to shareholders in relation to the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Annual Report 2019 in due course.
