Remarks :
The free warrants (“Warrant(s) C”) are issued to the entitled shareholders of Meda Inc Berhad ("MEDA") on the basis of one (1) warrant C for every ten (10) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held in MEDA ("MEDA Shares") held at 5:00 p.m. on 25 August 2014 (“Free Warrants Issue”).
Each Warrant C carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new MEDA Share at the exercise price of RM0.80 and at any time during the exercise period, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 7 August 2014 constituting the Warrants C. Any Warrants C not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.
