The Board of Directors of JKG wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Adoption of New Constitution") at the forthcoming Thirty-Third (33rd) Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

The Proposed Adoption of New Constitution is made to streamline the Company’s existing Memorandum and Articles of Association to be in line with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the prevailing statutory and regulatory requirement applicable to the Company as well as to provide clarity to certain provisions thereof so as to facilitate and further enhance administrative efficiency.

A Circular to Shareholders sets out the details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
