We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 40,000,000 European-style noncollateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SPSETIA by way of market making.
The SPSETIA-C95 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The SPSETIA-C95 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The SPSETIA-C95 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under SPSETIA-C95 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
