Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Thriven is pleased to announce that Mayfair Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company has on 9 May 2019, drawn down on a Commodity Murabahah Revolving Credit-i financing facility ("the Facility") granted by Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("the Bank").
Thriven has also executed a Corporate Guarantee in favour of the Bank as security in respect of the Facility, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated under the relevant facility and other related agreements.
