Accordingly, MWE Holdings Berhad ("MWE") also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares pursuant to Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("Act") held through MWE.
Pinjaya Sdn Bhd ("Pinjaya") also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares by virtue of the Act held through Pinjaya.
Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") also ceased to have any indirect in TTB shares virtue of the Act held through Pinjaya.
Cedar Holdings Limited also ceased to have any indirect interest in TTB shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL. |
