ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2018/2023 IN PANSAR BERHAD ("PANSAR" OR "COMPANY") CONSTITUTED BY THE DEED POLL DATED 21 MAY 2018 ("DEED POLL") ("OUTSTANDING WARRANTS") ("ADJUSTMENTS") PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF 231,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN PANSAR ("PANSAR SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("BONUS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING PANSAR SHARES HELD BY SHAREHOLDERS OF PANSAR WHOSE NAMES APPEAR ON THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 7 MAY 2019 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES")
Pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares, 77,000,000 additional warrants 2018/2023 will be listed and quoted on Main Market Bursa Securities on 8 May 2019 and the exercise price of the Outstanding Warrants will be revised from RM0.95 to RM0.63. The said Adjustments to the exercise price and number of Outstanding Warrants shall take effect on 8 May 2019, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date for the Bonus Issue of Shares. The notice to holders of the Outstanding Warrants setting out the details of the Adjustments and the notice of allotment of the additional warrants 2018/2023 will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 7 May 2019.
