Further to the announcement dated 9 April 2019 on the remittance of USD370,000.00 of  the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 by IQ Group Holdings Berhad ('the Company') in IQ Group (Wuning) Ltd (‘IQW’), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had, on 6 May 2019, remitted a further amount of USD300,000.00 (equivalent to RM1,242,750) being 11.3% of the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 in IQW. 

As a result of the above remittance, a total amount of USD870,000.00 had been remitted.
