| We refer to the announcement dated 9 April 2014 in relation to the Bonus Issue. In accordance with the provisions under the Deed Poll and consequential to the Bonus Issue, 39,999,752 additional Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 24 April 2014 and the exercise price for the Warrants B will be revised from RM0.35 to RM0.26 (“Adjustments”). Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, the Adjustments will take effect on 24 April 2014, being the market day immediately after the issuance of the Bonus Shares on the Entitlement Date. A notification to the holders of the Warrants B setting out the details of such Adjustments will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 23 April 2014. |
