1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 01 Jul 2019 (Instead of 28 Jun 2019)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 02 Jul 2019 (Remain Unchanged)
3)  Date Payable : 16 Jul 2019 (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks 1: The payment of this dividend shall be subjected to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Remarks 2:  Amended announcement released due to the resultant changes to the ex-date, following the implementation of T+2 securities settlement cycle with effect from April 29, 2019.
