A final single tier dividend of seven (7) sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
 

Further to Reference No. ILC-25042019-00004, due to the implementation of T+2 Settlement cycle, kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 19 Jun 2019 (Instead of 18 Jun 2019)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 20 Jun 2019 (Remain Unchanged)
3)  Date Payable : 12 Jul 2019 (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks: The proposed final single tier dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company. Changes are made pursuant to T+2 trade settlement cycle which takes effect on 29 April 2019.
