NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a final single tier dividend of 2 sen per share of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be paid on 16 July 2019 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the close of business on 27 June 2019.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 26 Jun 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 27 Jun 2019
3)  Date Payable : 16 Jul 2019
