Decently, after 2015 merger, the yield of stock price & dividend should have gradually improved. Instead, it goes down south all the ways!!! What an “outstanding” Mgmt... They really need to closely look at Sunreit Mgmt how they manage their vast range of properties yet making decent yields year after year.
