Defaulters are those from middle & lower income groups. Things will turn around. I knows many are still buying property. Buy stocks when nobody interested in it. The price will be a lot different when interests back. It just about our holding power.
indeed a lot but many in my family are not interested in old property. They prefer to buy new projects and not those already available. New generation prefer new designs.
invest in the future, mahsing with eps of 7.7 and PE less than 10. very hard for u to lose money. just hold for 1 year. even another round of meltdown. it will rebounce back. jus put ur money and go hibernate. like I said, if 6mth it dun go up, I CUT..my hair haha
mahsing not short term counter.dun expect it will rise in like gloves counter. like I said, even if it drop to 30sen or some sifu said 20sen. it will soon bounce back. I pray hard hard can reach 20sen, I can go sapu
All comments are welcome but we can hardly predict a price target. No one able to do that. Some predict Topglov will drop to 10. I took the opportunity to accumulate at 15.20 and sold off at 19.86. I listen to my own mind when coming to make a decision.
long term investment 1-2 years will give u 100-150%, and if u can find any other stock ( same niche & sector ) better than mahsing please let me know, as what i can see base on FA mahsing the best among others.. do research on asset, debt, equity , intrinsic value, magic numbers, and Can Slim study
mahsing are not for goreng, the price steardy. Buy and delete the stock apps, no need to see anymore, next year before raya n install back n sell it take duit raya
