@Tan from my point of view for long term better u find mid-large capital stock which is still on sideway trend and less accumulation.This ocr already on down trend since 2018 until this year.and will spike on technical rebound.cannot sustain unless they got a very big project a few hundred /thousand million.
but I read their recent annoucement, they created a JV company with pahang gov state related company to tender for ECRL's pahang section projects, so wouldn't this be a catalyst?
If you read the announcement correctly, it's stated to "negotiate", not to "tender". Does it mean they already got the project and just need to further negotiate on the project scope and amount?
thanks for pointing out. my understanding is, impliedly there's a contract, but the terms had not been finalized. But since the other party is state related company, unleSs there's unforeseen changes, in my humble opinion, the jv will get a piece of cake.
