I think the potential drop will come when Q2 2020 expected poor result is out, however usually panamy investors are long term holder and aim for the dividend, so i doubt there will be a huge selldown, but just be prepared for any opportunity. They say lower OPR will push house sales, but i think it will encourage people to renovate more, slowly recover panamy sales. Hopefully everything will get better after the RMCO
every company after dividend payout , the price will be adjusted accordingly.... of course i cant predict whether by september it will be cheaper than current price..... that is for you to figure out....
Every share that gives out dividend, their share price will be adjusted on the ex date according to the dividend given.... so surely on 9th Sept Panamy price will be rm1.83 lower than the closing price on 8th Sept, which i cannot tell how much it will be.
