I personally don't prefer telco because their operating cost is too high, and despite 5g is commercialized in china the usage of 5G is limited, I don't really think telco can profited from 5g. but different story for ock, you need infrastructure before launching of 5g, you can read in their report, they already have 5g showcase in Langkawi.
