the dividend reinvest plan is optional? is it full amount 4sen dividend eligible for reinvest or just partial?

yes, is optional , if you choose drp, usually you will get discount price from the market price. ( it is cheaper)

is it full amount or partial? as i know that like Maybank, the dividend reinvestment is partially only, eg: maybank last dividend 32sen only 17sen eligible for reinvest
