QR just released today.. quite good so far... but if didn't mention, the tenancy of Atrium USJ Block A which expired on 31/08/2020.. Anyone have any news?
it was stated in the previous QR (2Q2020).. They mentioned SC Holland wasn't continuing the tenancy after 31/8.. and mentioned they were negotiating terms with new tenant..
this concerned me so in this QR, I paid more attention to it..

Hi Cheong, nice to meet you.. but the management also mentioned that the occupancy rate is at 100% as at 30 September 2020.. it would be great if the group can explain on block A a bit more.. let's hope for the best~
