I bought at 0.62..I will hold for ling term investment..good dividen yield, dar better than fixed deposit..nta 1.2+..once vaccine expectedout by early of next year..shopping mall business or rental demand will surge high..its very difficult to die..everybody like to go for shopping..just my opoinion

CMMT is the head of retail REIT HEKTAR is the tail of retail REIT............. it's the same situation with Affin Bank rise 10% but Public bank rise 1%. RISK = RETURN.

If cmmt could remain giving 5sen of dividend per year, then we could get nearly 10% of dividend annually, at the same time get capital gain
