fix deposit, rm400k, interest 2%....house rm400k, rental 4% (manage yourself with maintenance fees, stemp duty, lawyer fees, renovation fees)....CMMT rm200k (share price drop 50% vs NTA), dividend now 4% & will go to 10% after vaccine delivered.
5 years later, asset for fix deposit still rm400k, house might slightly higher than rm400k but not easy to find the buyer. CMMT will increase from rm200k to rm300k & above.
This is the only REIT have potential >10% dividend yield & 50% capatal gain among all the REIT at Malaysia. Own by Singapore Capitaland, solid shareholder.
Inside the 30 shareholder have one shareholder name call Monetary Authority of Singapore. If you know who are they then you will feel secured really XD
ASB Wawasan 2020 is in 30 shareholder to distribute high dividend than FD to their investors through dividend distribute by CMMT. So, why so difficult to buy wawasan 2020, just buy CCMT then you can higher dividend than wawasan with some capital gain after few years.
