The Board of Directors (“Board”) of DNeX wishes to inform that the contents of the said article whereby DNeX has offered a total of RM470 million for the acquisition of 100% stake in SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SilTerra”) is inaccurate.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company has not entered into any definitive agreement to acquire SilTerra. The Company will make the necessary announcement when there is any material development or when transactions are entered into.
The BD said offered of Rm470 is inaccurate. So it might be more than that.
Another thing PP for DNEX is 0.20 per share . What is all you guys' opinion?? ..lol.
there are 346,080,980 shares from PP pending to be listed for 0.201, this gonna drag down share price abit; hope it can hold at 0.24 by tomorrow! cheer guys
