right issue is for company to raise fund. for every 1 mother share, you will be given 2 PR. you need to pay 1 cent to convert the PR to PA. PA can be converted into mother share. Trading date is between 8th to 16th can you can sell off your PR if you don't plan to convert to PA. Hope this explanation helps. Sekian.
Depending what price is ur entry price to mother share, find ur theoretical break even price. If u buy at 27c, ur theoretical break even price is 18c. Seeing the share buyback today, that level is well supported.
the share price adjust ahead only, in your mind you need to know what was the pre adjusted equivalent for your 19c, 20c whatever. that's why I said it makes no sense for a holder (pre adj) to close their position. it's a straight loss because you get no rights
Sorry brother... WB not too sure whether will exercise price readjust. That's a key concern because if it doesn't basically your position is instantly diluted

I think it's Abit misleading to think WB is in the money.. if you understand how the malaysia conversion of warrant works, you would not say that.. on paper I agree but I'm reality I don't think so.
There is some confusion there. i read both of u guys threat. Now i am confuse. Many said wb is in the money (current price-exercise price)/ratio. If exercise price change to 0.05, it will absolutely a good buy. if not, it will be totally different story
I think I was right... it is better to hold the mother instead of warrant. not sure who is this scammer encouraging people to go for warrant saying exercise price is lower and get bonus warrant... these are not "advantages" typically conferred to warrants
That's right.. the warrant is already OOM. I think the operator behind it wrote an elaborate scheme to tank the mother beyond it's intrinsic value to make money even before the rights was distributed. Whoever this group of people is, it's very unethical.
PA does give good upside, proper reward for mother holders. Those who follow operator with warrant.. shame on you
There were too many uncertainties over warrant. The statement shared on bonus warrant + lowered exercise price is too god to be true. If the company actually gave all those, the warrant becomes a driver of growth as opposed to mother which makes cow sense.
Warrant is merely a form derivative and should not have lopsided benefits.
Contradictory actions in the market, currently it makes sense to subscribe to the rights however more are rushing to sell.
Further compounded with further irrationality in selling mother for warrant. Whilst it appears "smart" at the get go, when you get the herd to follow, the move then becomes the herd. A herd that trapped them in illiquidity at the warrant which is OOM now.
