Edit 1 (25 Feb 2021): Q3 2021 QR repotr released. Revenue increase 3.7 times from 5.8m to 21.9m QoQ. QR loss RM4.4m, mainly due to one-off recognition of loss of fashion retail segment RM3.4m and finance cost incurred of RM0.5m, normalising actual loss to only RM0.5m. NTA RM0.43. PMIP bypass projection to complete in 48 months instead.

Next QR should be better, even if slight loss. Disposed loss-making VOIR and focus on construction. Economy reopening and government economic stimulus will push construction sector. Getting PMIP and LRT projects indicates having connections to get government projects. VERTICE hopefully will turnaround to profitability in the next few quarters.
PMIP project should have restarted by this quarter and will contribute to revenue for next 48 months.
Assume linear billing of the contract value, that is 50 mill a quarter of revenue from the project itself. Just estimation, no experience on how billing works in this industry.
TA side, current price right below SMA200. Broke it 2 times in January and March, retrace back just below. Once break and stand firmly above will be a major support.
