各位股东好，加入股东和大家聊天。

业绩出炉，会看财报的人就懂好坏。
好想开live 帮助各位理解哦 可是最近peak period 小弟真的太忙了
impairment 其实是公司没有任何实际利益亏损，除非impair on investment 或者 receivables 这样就要担心。
你仔细看asset value 减少而已 还有 timber concession rights，这些都不关系到营业额，反而revenue 和 profit 都暴增了。
最好的一点是，公司脱掉了 energy 的subsidiary 专注于 property 领域。
anyway 我是跟着技术点进场的，放心啦，白话点，傻咩亏135mil 哈哈 只有一个可能，maxim 的公寓倒塌。

所以假设拿掉one off impairment 公司其实净赚 33mil。全年净赚85.9 mil。其实挺厉害的。

必须提的，Maxim 虽然 one off impairment 但依然会采取法律行动safeguard 自己的assets。Impairment Loss 这纯粹只是disclosures。

Impairment loss 应该是资产的fair value 少过 Balance Sheet上记录的value 而出现的一次性调整，所以会导致NTA减少。可能是这样得意思吧。
