or the current quarter, the Group recorded higher revenue of RM53.82 million compared to
RM30.37 million recorded in the last quarter. The profit before tax increased to RM11.18 million
from RM3.53 million recorded in the preceding quarter. The increase in profit before tax is mainly
due to increase in revenue and higher contribution from our associate in Canada.
There are 3 associates for Willow and the strongest and most active one is Willowglen Systems Inc based in Canada; focuses on development and sale of industrial automation and related products :) there is nothing wrong with associates doing well and contributing to its bottom line.
Investment in in associate company with holding some percentage of share, and now they reap what they sow, and more to come also. licensing fee gain although consider one off gain, but they still provide their services to their targeted customers. overall this company i quite look forward, especially ECRL require SCADA service too.
