dispose share through direct transaction, meaning there is new investor. only 3 million icps to open market which my assumption to increase liquidity as we can see the value icps become in the money with mother share (before it lagging to mother price).
Traders/Contra player ,If face this kind of Drop/Retrace,For sure will Panic.
But,For Investor,This kind of Drop would be consider as Smart MONEY.
