AA record show 2.5 billion a year.. that is on full flight everyone can travel.. at that time AA owns the plane.. now AA will be leasing the plane means higher cost.. it will take at least 5 years to settle the financial situation.. is not just simple maths.. the cost to start rehiring.. retraining.. there is so much thing to settle..

Airasia market is those economy flyers.. you think those economy flyer still have money to fly after this covid? how many business were affected throughout this covid.. we are just starting the economy.. people will need to start paying off debt and loans.. those that can afford to fly u think will choose AA? im not saying it will be forever like tat.. i say it will take longer time..

It really depend how long they can sustain.. Think about the financial of the company if having the similar loss for another 3 quarters. Are banks still going to lend more money to a net deficit company? Or are banks already assessing their existing loan facilities with AirAsia

don't worry, still have many investors willing lend money to aa XD What fund raising, unlimited pass money end up used to pay off all the losses. That's why many airline companies declared bankruptcy and govt just let go without provide financial aids as they understand that whatever they spent would not be able to get back the return in short period of time. Expect another round of fund raising very soon.
