Simple , why need to consolidate ? Is because now the share price is 0.035 , another 7 step down will be zero !!! Consolidate 10-1 , giving this counter another space of dropping ...

consolidation is good bcoz it will reducing total share n stock become smaller.. although the amount of stock are decreased but the share value is same before conso.. the effect is it easy to up/down when market volatile due to smaller share.. exp vivocom

but when consolidation + right issue, no effect to total share.. it reduce when conso but then increase back with right issue.. the benefit only to company but the old shareholder will see their share value drop after right issue.. exp DGB
