In not doing proper research or study please do not simply spread news.. GenM just early redemption of RM1.25 billion nominal debt if not enough funds to finance operation why make it so early redeem? Can wait till maturity period.
Sorry post wrongly.. the target price by 2nd half 2021 RM6+ is for Genting not GenM. GenM aiming at RM4 by year end if thing under control. Based on last year May 2020 whole world full lock down GenM daily cash burn rate if not open for business are at RM4 mil a day while this cost have reduce substantially after cost rationalisation end of last year and US and UK market has seen improving operation.
Last audited cash balance is at RM2.4 billion while even take RM4 mil cash burn a day including debt interest even now no longer so high so much without business open for 60 days or 2 mths also RM240 mil. So if wish GenM out of cash then need closed more than 2 yrs.
