Don't go shopping mall only go to shopee mall, haha. but I saw news that they going for greener tech. So there might be some reason people go there.... or not? they better venture or buy some other industrial like axis or something. just some of my opinion that might help their profile.

who is hektar black director? I checked and notice is the same director as hektar reit. ya notice he kept selling hektar share little by little. I think that might cause the price drop too.. mid valley own by IGB reit? igb price is going up.. too bad the price quite high might buy someday if it comes down.
