1. US tariffs on china-made furniture has made furniture customers in U.S to look to other countries like Malaysia or Vietnam

2. Property Boom in U.S ---> More furniture will be needed

3. Rising inflation in U.S ---> Lumber rally. which means higher profit for mobilia since mobilia holds a lot of inventory before the rally
